Growing so fast!

Addison seems to have grown up so much in the last few weeks! She is doing lots of new stuff. Isaiah and I just crack up watching this cute kiddo :)

Isaiah was working on some laundry and Addison figured out how to pull herself up so she could check out what was in the dryer. The only problem with that is she hadn't figured out how to get back down :)

Luckily dad was there to help her out.

Previously Addison just followed us around the house and always kept close to us. Now she realizes she can explore the house on her own. She loves to roam the hallways and explore any open door. Her favorite spots to jet to are the kitchen pantry and the laundry room ;)

Addison learned how to climb last week! All week long we entertained ourselves by setting up obstacle courses of pillows, couch cushions, and a case of toilet paper for her to climb up and over. She's pretty good and it! We're super impressed how fast she picked up the whole climbing thing.

We've also caught this little cutie sleeping with her bum up in the air. Seriously...how adorable is that?! We also find her sleeping underneath her giraffe's legs quite a bit too ;)

Addison is a sippy cup pro. She still drinks her milk from a bottle but when she eats solids we give her a sippy cup. It took her a few days to figure out how to bite the straw and suck at the same time. I was worried it was going to be to complicated and bought her some different sippy cups, but sure enough she figured it out! She looks so grown up drinking from a cup.

Addison has a funny fear/obsession with the door stoppers. When she passes by one she'll stop and stare at it for a while, then tentatively reach her hand out to it deciding if she really wants to touch it. She do this for 10 or more minutes sometimes. If her foot accidentally hits it and it makes a 'twanging' sound she jump really hard and sometimes cry. She spends a lot of time checking this one out since it's in the kitchen by the pantry (which she loves to try and raid).

This is one of Addison's favorite poses (note the door stopper in the background ;) When she is crawling around she'll stop and pose like this to see if you are watching her. She is also obsessed with sticking out her tongue and licking her face ;) She is such a funny little girl!

Best "sleeping" pose ever! Don't you still sleep in that same position?
